This customer complained about their newly installed television not working with their existing streaming device (a Roku 2 player). They were hesitating between contracting someone like me to check or to call the technician who installed the television back.
Finally, they decided to have a third party advice. After checking the television HDMI ports and the HDMI cables, it quickly turned out that their streaming device wasn’t compatible with their new television. A more recent player of the same brand was tested and worked perfectly.
They are now happy to use their new streaming device with their new television.
